高考英语作文的考核目标是看学生能否根据题意连贯、贴切地进行书面表达。我们在写作时应注意：
1、认真审题，确定内容。弄清写作要求是写好作文的前提，也是书面表达的基础。审题时应注意以下几个方面：
1）审题时要确定文章的体裁。
例：（20xx年高考）下图是小学新生的课堂一角，对照你当时的上课情况，做出比较并谈谈你的感受。你的作文必须包括：描述图片里学生上课的场景；比较你同时期的上课情况；简单谈谈你的感受。
这篇文章的.内容必须覆盖题目给出的三块内容，其中前两项“描述图片里学生上课的场景”和“比较你同时期的上课情况”皆是记叙和描绘的部分。只有最后一部分“简要发表感想”是议论。
（2）审题时，把握题目中的关键内容，以免跑题或遗漏。
例：（20xx）高考作文：某海外学校举办英语夏令营，开设了如下课程：园艺（gardening）、烹调（cooking）、防身术（self—defense）、护理（nursing）。假如你是王跃华（不可以用自己的真实姓名），写一封申请信，报名参加其中一门课程的学*。信的内容必须包括：你感兴趣的课程；你期望从这门课程中学到什么；为什么想学这些内容。
这个命题的关键内容有三块：是什么、为什么和学什么。很多同学在审题时把重点放在了“为什么要学”上，却忽略了“想学什么”这个关键内容。文章的主体段只交待了为什么要学*某个课程，却只字不提想学*这个课程的哪些方面，遗漏了关键的内容。
2、语言表达上要从三方面把好语言关。
1）准确性：在写作的过程中最好用自己熟悉的句型和词语，力求语言表达正确流畅。
2）句式多样性：在写作过程中，过多使用简单句和短句，会使文章显得罗嗦，幼稚。我们在书面表达时应学会合并短句，并注意句式的多样性。
3）语言恰当性：在高考英语写作时，还应注意用词的恰当性。有些同学喜欢用一些词汇等级较高的词以显示语言的水*，但若不贴切文章的内容，效果往往适得其反。比如，在一篇描写同学间友谊的文章中，用“itisuni—versallyacknowledgedthatfriendshipisveryimportanttous”这样的语句来开头，就显得过大，十分不适合文章的主题和作者的身份。

2）运用适当的连接词使段落之间必须是有机地联系，内容完整、连贯。记叙文一般按照时间顺序来写，用一些表示先后顺序的连接词能使记叙的事件脉络更清楚。议论文中用一些连接词可以使文章层次分明，上下连贯。

三、社区工作站的性质和工作原则
社区工作站的性质：社区工作站是**在社区的工作机构和服务*台，承办**及其工作部门在社区的有关工作；社区工作站在镇党委、镇**的领导下开展工作，接受民政部门的指导，接受社区党组织的领导和监督。
社区工作站的工作原则：坚持党的领导原则，社区党支部是社区建设的领导核心，要充分发挥领导核心作用，认真履行职责，增强党支部的凝聚力和战斗力；依法办事原则，法律、法规和有关规定开展工作，切实维护居民群众的民主自治权；行政效能原则，社区工作站及其工作人员，要认真履行职责，努力完成各项工作任务，不断提高行政效能；职责明确原则，社区工作站主要承接上级党委**委托或下移的行政性事务；社区居委会依托社区服务站主要开展面向居民群众的各类服务工作。
四、社区工作站的职责
1、承办**工作部门委托交办的治安、安全生产、**综治、城管、计生、卫生、民政、人口、就业、文化、法律、环境、科教、离退休人员管理等工作。
2、积极支持、配合社区居委会和社区居民依法自治，支持社会力量开展便民利民社区服务。
3、对本社区公共事务进行日常管理，协助社区居委会处理各项居民公共事务。
4、协助上级党组织和社区党支部开展党建工作，充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。
5、协助社区居民和辖区各类组织、单位办理上级**及职能部门审批或备案的各项事务。
五、社区工作站的人员编制和人员管理
1、社区工作站根据面积、人口和工作量，配备专(兼)职工作人员编制。
2、人员安排：工作站设站长一名、副站长一名，实行站长负责制，站长原则上由社区党支部**担任；下设组织、治安、计生、民政、环境卫生、文化教育、劳动就业、安全生产专员若干名；并配备一定的工作人员。根据工作需要，由社区工作站招聘一定数量的计生、综治、环卫等临聘工作人员。（具体数量根据工作量由工作站与镇**协商而定）
3、社区工作站专职工作人员实行雇用制管理。
4、原社区工作人员的过渡：原社区居委会成员及工作人员（社工）经本人申请，通过镇**考核合格后转入工作站；站长、副站长由镇**决定任命；站长、副站长及其他过渡招聘人员名单，由镇府报区民政部门备案。
5、社区工作站专职人员的招聘：除过渡人员外，社区工作站专职人员出现缺额的，向社会公开招聘，招聘条件及办法由镇**参照雇员雇用的有关规定公开招考，根据岗位要求及考试、考核结果确定工作站专职工作人员名单并签订雇用合同，由镇**统一调配使用。社区工作站专职人员每一雇用期为三年，可连续雇用。
6、社区工作站人员的考核：镇**负责对社区工作站专职工作人员的年度考核和雇用期限满的考核，考核应坚持客观公正的原则，以*时工作实绩为年度考核的基础；年度考核结果分为优秀、合格、不合格三个档次，年度考核和雇用期满考核的结果作为对社区工作站专职工作人员的续聘、奖惩的依据。考核结果应以书面形式通知本人，本人对考核结果有异议的可申请复核。
六、社区工作站专职工作人员的工资福利性经费和工作经费
（一）工资福利性经费。
1、社区工作站专职工作人员的工资福利待遇以及拨付方法参照金湾区机关事业单位普通雇员工资拨付与分配实施办法的规定执行。
2、社区工作站专职工作人员工资的拨付与分配，实行工资福利性经费包干，镇**确定具体分配办法的管理方式。
3、社区工作站站长的工资福利性经费按2800元/月，副站长按2450元/月，其它专职工作人员按2200元/月的标准核拨；社区工作站专职工作人员不得享受任何其它兼职工资、津贴、福利待遇。
4、社区工作站专职工作人员享有休假权，具体标准按照有关劳动法规的规定执行。
5、社区工作站专职工作人员参照机关事业单位雇员管理的有关规定参加养老保险、工伤保险、失业保险和综合医疗保险等社会保险、住房公积金，享受相关保险待遇。
（二）工作经费。
1、日常办公经费按专职人员数，每人每月500元核定。
2、一般工作经费本着够用、节约的原则，按照实际发生的费用确定。
3、镇有关部门需要社区工作站完成的临时性、非常规性工作，向镇**申请经费后，实行“费随事转、权随责转”的原则，给予工作站工作经费或补贴，社区工作站按照实际发生费用确定。
4、计生、治安、环卫等临时聘用工作人员经费，按各类人员的配备标准和劳动定额核定。
七、社区工作站的经费保障和财务管理
1、社区工作站专职工作人员和临聘人员的工资福利性经费和工作经费纳入镇财政预算。
2、社区工作站和社区居委会分别设立帐户，独立核算，由镇会计中心统一管理，并接受镇财政、审计、民政部门的监督。
八、社区工作站与镇、社区党组织的社区居委会的关系
1、社区工作站在镇党委、镇**的'领导下开展工作，镇**对社区工作站的各项工作进行日常监督和年度考核。

十、具体工作安排
（一）时间安排

(三)、目标实施需支持与配合的事项和部门：

为确保“五一”期间场所安全稳定，防止发生各类突发性安全事故，根据省局《关于加强五一期间劳教场所安全稳定工作的通知》和《安全检查的工作方案》精神，结合我所实际，特制定如下工作方案：
一、强化安全意识，牢筑确保节日期间场所安全的思想防线。
全体民警职工务必牢固树立“抓安全就是促发展”的思想，把思想统一到做好五一期间场所安全稳定工作就是服从和服务于构建和谐社会，建设“*安场所”的高度上来，不断增强贯彻执行上级政策的自觉性和坚定性；统一到省厅、局的各项工作部署和要求上来，始终保持忧患意识，做到常备不懈，不断增强政治责任感和敌情观念，把维护场所安全稳定放在头等重要的位置上，切实承担起“保一方*安”的政治责任。各部门要组织好本部门的民警职工学*上级有关通知精神，做到入脑入心，强化安全首位意识和责任意识，同时结合开展先进性教育活动，把全体民警职工的意志和力量凝聚到履行场所安全工作任务的具体实践中，牢筑思想防线，确保场所的安全稳定。
二、强化制度措施，狠抓五一期间场所各项安全工作的有效落实。
(一)开展全方位安全大检查。
根据省局《安全检查的工作方案》要求，围绕六项重点内容，按照责任区划，分为管理、生产、生卫、行政办公四个小组进行，坚持“重点明确，责任到位，资料齐全，整改有效”的方针，对查出的问题或违禁品要追要溯源，采取措施，彻查到底，绝不放过。
(二)强化门卫管理和警戒巡逻制度。
针对节日期间警力相对薄弱的状况，警戒护卫要增派警力，加强门卫管理，做好人员进出大门、车辆进出所区的安全检查，严防违禁品流入场所。同时，加强夜间巡查力度，充分发挥警戒护卫和场所监控设施的作用，全天候做好安全工作。
(三)严格备勤制度和所领导带班制度。
要落实好节日备勤制度，保持足够的节日备勤警力，做到随传随到。明确所领导带班和各岗位值班制度。节日期间，值班所领导要深入到三大现场，靠前指挥，检查、监督民警履职情况，做好安全督察。同时要亲自组织劳教人员节日文体活动，做好劳教人员节日膳食安排。
(四)严格落实请示报告制度。
要坚持24小时值班和交班交情况制度，发现问题，及时处置，及时上报。
(五)加强重危人员管理，做好包夹布控措施。
各中队对排查出的重点人员要全部纳入视线，落实包教民警、包控人员和包夹措施，及时做好矛盾化解和教育转化工作。
(六)安排好节日期间劳教人员的物质文化生活。
教育科要积极引导中队组织开展各种形式多样的文体活动，营造良好的节日氛围；生卫科要科学安排节日膳食，保证劳教人员吃的卫生，吃的健康。
(七)建立应急处置小组。
以新修订完善的《**劳教所应急突发性预案》为依托，遇到工作险情立即启动，第一时间、第一现场快速处置。
(八)搞好后勤保障工作。
对节日期间值班、备勤的民警，办公室提前按照好节日伙食。同时要加强警用车辆的管理以及供水、供电的畅通，保证全所各项工作的有序运转。
三、强化责任落实，切实把维护场所安全稳定工作落到实处。
严格按照省局提出的“一把手亲自抓、分管领导专门抓、班子成员挂点抓”的要求，强化安全工作责任制。所领导在节日期间要深入三大现场，靠前指挥，确保一线各项工作有组织、有领导、有秩序；值班科长要坚守岗位，并协助所领导做好当天各项活动的组织、安排，协调，发现问题及时处置，及时报告；警务督察人员在节日期间要利用值班的机会，全面介入场所各项工作，进行警务督察活动，杜绝脱岗、睡岗和履职不到位的现象发生；值班民警包括机关值班、医生、警驾、机要员要认真履职，做好值班记录，保持车辆、通讯传真设备完好，确保信息渠道畅通。
一、中国建筑设计研究院招研复试工作
在院招研领导小组指导下进行，院研究生办公室负责具体工作安排。招研领导小组由崔恺总建筑师负责，院研究生办公室负责人、院纪检部门负责人为成员。
二、复试导师组成员由招研领导小组
指定5-6位具备丰富招研复试经验的导师组成，院研究生办公室在组织复试前对复试组成员进行院招生复试的指导思想、原则，复试的要求、科目、内容、成绩评定标准的培训。
三、参加复试考生的基本要求、入选原则及招考人数比例
(一)初试成绩达到下列分数：总分300分以上;统考科目在教育部划定复试分数线以上;业务科目90分以上，其中作图科目100分以上，为参加复试考生的基本要求。
(二)对申请调剂的考生由复试导师组，进行本科毕业学校、学*成绩、专业基本素质、报考第一志愿院校等方面的综合初审，通过初审者可参加复试。
(三)院研究生办公室在复试前，负责审查入选复试考生的资格及相关证明材料。
(四)招录考生人数与参加复试考生人数比例一般为1:1.5-2。
四、复试安排
(一)复试方式、时间
1、建筑设计考试：统一题目笔试作图，4月5日进行;
2、专业综合面试：复试导师组对考生逐一面试，4月5日进行;
3、外语听力、口语测试：复试导师组指定一名导师，在专业综合面试中进行;
4、复试开始前对考生进行职业素质测评;
5、复试开始3个工作日前，电话通知参加复试的考生，在复试通知书中说明具体时间、地点及要求。
(二)复试总成绩按100分制评定，由研究生办公室制定统一的分项评判标准，在复试全部结束后，向参加复试的考生公布复试结果。
(三)复试各科成绩占复试总成绩权重如下：
1、建筑设计笔试50%;
2、专业综合面试40%;
3、外语听力、口语测试10%。
(四)对拟录取考生学校发函考核其思想政治素质和道德品质。
五、复试合格标准及入学考试总成绩计算
1、达到复试总成绩75分以上的为复试合格，并由复试成绩最高分向下顺序确定拟录取名单。
2、入学考试总成绩计算及初试、复试总成绩的权重分配如下式：
